With a variety of suites available, we had to adapt our design & manufacture process to ensure we completed the joinery efficiently but still to the highest standard, which lead to our HQ operating 24 hours a day. The hotel features nine unique styles of room, from a casual Queen Suite to the spectacular Tower Penthouse, each with individual, thoughtful details, setting them a step above your usual hotel suite.

Although the project is of mass scale, there were countless unique details, with little repetition throughout, enhancing the bespoke nature of the project. The hotel features 10 Queen Rooms, 56 King Rooms, 137 Deluxe King Rooms, 110 Deluxe King City View Rooms, 8 Junior Suites, 20 Corner Suites, 5 Capital suites, 2 Signature Suites & the desirable Tower Penthouse.

This iconic fit out took just over 2 years to complete, with unavoidable interruptions from Covid. We trained many of our site apprentices here too & have recently been shortlisted for Project Of The Year by The CN Specialist Awards.

Prestigious Awards and Shortlings

The Londoner has earned widespread industry recognition since opening, securing more than 36 awards and accolades that celebrate both the ambition of the project and the quality of its execution. Among its most prestigious achievements, the hotel received three major honours at the AHEAD Global Awards 2022, including The Ultimate Accolade, Event Space, and New Build, recognising it as one of the most significant hospitality developments on the global stage. Continuing this success, The Londoner was awarded a Recommended distinction in the Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards 2026, reinforcing its reputation for exceptional guest experience, design excellence, and service standards. These accolades reflect the collective achievement of the project team and the enduring quality of a hotel that has quickly established itself as a benchmark for luxury hospitality in London and beyond.
