Senior Planner
London

We are looking for a Senior Planner with strong commercial awareness, exceptional organisational skills, and a naturally logical approach to problem solving. Using Asta Powerproject as a core tool, you will develop and manage detailed programmes for some of the UK's most demanding luxury fit out projects, helping teams anticipate challenges, coordinate interfaces, and keep critical decisions moving forward. This is an opportunity for a planner who combines technical expertise with clear communication and enjoys working collaboratively to turn complex projects into well-managed, predictable outcomes.
Junior/Graduate Planner
Leicester or London
EE Smith is looking for a Junior/Graduate Planner to join our team and support the delivery of complex luxury fit out projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a positive, proactive individual who enjoys problem solving and has a naturally logical approach to planning and organisation. Working alongside experienced project and planning professionals, you will assist in developing and maintaining construction programmes, tracking progress, and helping to identify potential risks before they impact delivery. Some construction site experience is preferable, as it will help build an understanding of sequencing, coordination, and project operations.
Experience with Asta Powerproject is desirable, although training can be provided for the right candidate. If you are keen to learn, enjoy working with detail, and want to build a career in project planning within a fast-moving and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
