15 Luxury Apartments, One Major Statement
One of Europe’s most desired post codes, 55-93 Knightsbridge is the newest super-prime residential on the real estate radar, boasting not only the highest possible luxuries but also on a magnificent scale, with 15 generously sized 3,4 & 5 bed apartments.
Despite interior walls being carefully demolished, the Grade II listed Edwardian façade was skilfully retained & remains part of the Hyde Park Conservation area.
The residential interior combines a rich pallet of textures, materials & details as well as a completely sound proof spec, ensuring apartments will be tranquil despite the nearby traffic. The designers also tried to use as much natural light as possible, done by re-enforcing the original window openings with bespoke mild steel framework.

At a contract value over £20 Million, this was one of our biggest contracts between 2019-2021. In addition to our usual high quality joinery, we also completed the full interior fit-out, from the marble clad bathrooms, high spec AV systems, steel enforced window linings, bespoke timber flooring & all decorations.
Across the 15 apartments there are 54 bathrooms, all of which with unique design details, bespoke sanitaryware & book matched marble hand picked from the mountains of Italy. Our in house spray shop finished all timber floors throughout with a specialist stain to meet the designers exacting needs.
